Conveyancing is the legal process whereby ownership of legal title in a property is transferred; it can involve transferring ownership during the sale of your house, flat or land or in order to re-arrange things or matrimonial or tax reasons or on death using an online conveyancing solicitor service may save you time and money when compared to a conventional high street conveyancing solicitor, although you should note that if you are a first time purchaser or feel that you require the comfort of face to face explanation an online service may not-be for you.

Of course if we are acting for you in a sale it will be our job to obtain and supply the documents to above! In a purchase after completion we will make the necessary Stamp Duty Land Tax return, deal with the registration of the new title at the land registry and send the deeds to you and/or your lender depending on our instructions.
